K Bish Designs is a one-chair hair studio in Hudson, Wisconsin. This site exists to share services and let you request an appointment, so we keep data collection to the minimum needed to do that. We do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising or tracking on this site.

What we collect

The only personal information we collect is what you choose to type into a form on this site:

• Your name, email address, and phone number.
• The service or event you are interested in.
• Any notes you add, such as preferred dates or what you have in mind.

We do not ask for payment details on this site, and we do not collect sensitive information. Please do not include anything in a message that you would not want stored, such as health or financial details.

How we use it

We use what you send only to respond to you, schedule and confirm your appointment, and stay in touch about that appointment. We do not add you to marketing lists or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.

The services that make this site work

A few trusted providers process information on our behalf so the site and booking can function. Each one handles only what it needs to:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and stores booking requests securely. As with any website, its servers process visitor IP addresses and basic request logs to deliver pages and guard against abuse.
• Cloudflare Turnstile is a privacy-minded alternative to a CAPTCHA. It confirms that form submissions come from a real person rather than a bot, without the cross-site tracking that ad-based tools use.
• Resend delivers the confirmation and notification emails tied to your request.
• Google Calendar holds confirmed appointment times so the studio schedule stays accurate.
• Google Maps and Google Fonts load on some pages to show the studio location and the site's typefaces. When they load, Google receives the request, which includes your IP address, under Google's own privacy terms.

What we do not do

• No advertising, ad networks, or marketing pixels.
• No analytics that profile you across pages or across other sites.
• No selling, renting, or trading of your information.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact details for as long as needed to serve you and keep accurate business records, then remove them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Reach out using the details below and we will take care of it.

Children

This site is meant for adults booking salon services. We do not knowingly collect information from children. A minor receiving a service is booked by a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Any significant change will be reflected here before it takes effect.
